Leaving from Madison Square Park, there will be a 4-6 mile jog at a 8:30-9:00 minute conversational pace. Length and Pace may differ dependent on group feeling.

Caite will lead a 4 minute stretch and Mobility session by Pier 46 followed by a 10 minute mindful meditation moment. Remaining time can be used to enjoy ice tea brought by Caite :)
